Executive Assistant
As an Interim or Contract Executive Assistant at this prestigious art institution, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership within a globally respected cultural setting. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, lunches, dinners, and drinks between curators and the Director.
- Handle a variety of correspondences, including sending books and notes to patrons and donors.
- Maintain extreme professionalism in all communications, ensuring no urgent or abrupt requests.
- Partner with executives, trustees, and donors to stabilize and streamline operations.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling coordination.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with executive administrative tasks and executive support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Concur and TEAMS is ideal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are key.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.87/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
