Overview
Executive Assistant needed to empower our leaders, streamline operations, and enhance the client experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of reports and presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, scheduling, and onboarding.
Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, file management, vendor coordination, and meeting logistics.
Support operational functions such as accounts receivable tasks, document intake, and project tracking.
Assist with special projects, including marketing initiatives, events, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Experience in accounting, law, or other professional services who supported a managing partner or CEO would be a huge plus.
