Urgently Hiring: Registered Nurses & Infusion Nurses

Are you a compassionate, dependable nurse who enjoys meaningful one-on-one patient careand wants the flexibility to balance work with life? BrightStar Care is seeking skilled Infusion Nurses / Registered Nurses (RNs) with open availability to serve clients in the Bluffton and Savannah areas. This position is perfect for nurses who value autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact through high-quality, in-home skilled nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
• Perform infusions, assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, families, and other healthcare professionals to implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Assess, monitor, and document patient progress using clinical notes and preferred digital tools, meeting required timelines
• Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
