Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 02/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Travel LPN/LVN – Med/Surg Neuro (Nights) Location: 615 S New Ballas Rd, St. Louis, MO 63141 Openings: 2 Shift: Nights, 7p–7:30a Hours: 48 hrs/week guaranteed Certifications: BLS MO Approved IV Certification required Experience: 1 year Acute Care Med-Surg & Neuro Float: As needed within scope Ratios: 1:5–6 EMR: EPIC Scrubs: Black Locals: Accepted but pay will be different Summary: Provide Neuro patient care under RN supervision. Perform assessments, support admissions/discharges, communicate changes, collaborate with RN, and deliver safe, effective patient care.
