As a Trash Butler team member, you'll be the face of our nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection, playing an important role in the communities we serve. What We Offer Competitive Pay: $1,000 per month, paid semi‑monthly. Incentive Programs: Employee Referral, Sales Lead Referral. Next‑Day Pay Option. Available Sunday through Thursday evenings: 8:00 pm to finished (≈1–2 h). Growth Opportunities in a growing company. Key Responsibilities Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed. Collect bagged trash using assigned tote or cart. Use Trash Butler’s field app for timekeeping, check‑in/out, and reporting. Transport collected trash to the designated dumpster/chute. Maintain daily contact with supervisor/manager. Undertake other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Lift up to 25 lbs; use hands and arms repetitively. Climb stairs in apartment buildings. Work outdoors in various weather. Own an open‑bed pickup truck (required for most properties). Possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Have a smartphone to download the company app. Demonstrate self‑motivation and reliability. Work independently. Deliver high‑quality service efficiently.
