Job Title: Manager, Accounting

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly activities are properly recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Review and manage the internal monthly reporting package
• Review and manage balance sheet account reconciliations
• Review and manage the preparation of schedules to assist financial reporting team with 10-Q and 10-K disclosure requirements
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP
• Assist with external and internal audit requests
• Evaluate, develop, and maintain documentation on operating procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure compliance
• Manage, train and coach personnel under supervision

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
• CPA required
• 5+ years of relevant accounting related business experience, including public accounting
• Multinational public company, financial services, or leasing company experience a plus
