Kaav Inc. is hiring: Operational Technology Cybersecurity Architect in Peoria

Description: This person would typically attend our daily meetings with the Operational Technology team and network segmentation team to get real time updates of the program. They would work directly with Factory control engineers in delivering the network segmentation initiatives. They will also help build out roadmaps for the program and ensure the technologies that we are implementing are done in a timely manner. This person will help with architectural security designs for the network segmentation and provide consulting for business unit requests. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team implementing network segmentation across Client's manufacturing facilities globally to further protect operational technology assets. The role will work with IT staff, business staff/managers, 3rd party technical partners to provide guidance on Client's security policies and procedures while also helping with technical solutions and problem resolution during the planning and migration of operational technology assets to segmented VLANs. Responsibilities: • Will be working with a US based team of about 15 people. Will work with world wide internal business customers based on project. Working in the Cybersecurity organization, particularly on operational tech, IOT devices, non-traditional IT devices connected to the company network. *will have day to day responsibilities (Logical technical Architecture), but also project work(such as be a technical team lead on network segmentation projects). Will require short trips to project locations around the world about 4-6 times a year. Techinical Skills Required: • 10+ years total experience in IT position • 5+ years experience with security, infrastructure, cloud security, endpoint security, or application security background. • 5 years experience in Cybersecurity or Networking or Operational Technology • 1+ years exp in Visio • Ability to evaluate a technical solution for cybersecurity risks and work with customers on developing OT solutions with security in mind Desired Skills: • Two of the following certifications: CISSP, CCSP, GPEN, GICSP • Project manager skills Soft Skills Required: - Driven, Accountable, Reliable, Works well with others, good communication skills - Ability to evaluate a technical solution for cybersecurity risks and work with customers on developing OT solutions with security in mind. Education & Experience Required: • Bachelor's in one of the following: Computer Science, Networking, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Security • Associates degree also acceptable Required Skills : AWS CloudWatch,Network Security Additional Skills : Cloud Security Engineer,Cyber Security Administrator
