Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or group of task orders) supporting cybersecurity operations and enterprise migration systems.
• Assist the Program Manager in coordination with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level COR, Government leadership, and customer agency representatives.
• Manage all aspects of assigned task order(s), ensuring technical solutions, deliverables, and schedules are executed in accordance with requirements and within established timelines.
• Provide enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning, ensuring seamless alignment with other functional systems and programs.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices.
• Lead risk management activities, identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with RMF processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements, progress, and outcomes.
• Conduct program reviews, progress assessments, and quality assurance activities to ensure delivery excellence.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to task order personnel to ensure optimal performance and alignment with mission objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of general IT experience.
• Minimum six (6) years of cybersecurity experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing projects of comparable size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Risk Management Professional credential.

• DoD 8570 IAM Level III Baseline Certification:
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
• Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)

• Secret IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC.
