Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned./ppIf youre passionate about field service engineering and want to be part of a team that is shaping the future of life sciences, wed love to hear from you./ph3What Youll Do/h3olliOnsite and remote training, installation, maintenance, and qualifications on Advanced Instruments equipment./liliComplete and manage Pharmaceutical IQOQ/ yearly OQ and Clinical Validations./liliCompleting Preventative Maintenance and field modifications in certain time frames./liliOrdering and managing car stock inventory./liliTroubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues and basic understanding of application issues./liliScheduling of installation, PMs, repairs, and other field events./liliPerform phone support and triage technical support issues on an occasional basis (about once every 2 months)/liliKeeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining service records and providing service reports in a timely manner./liliMaintaining daily communications/ scheduling with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up./liliUtilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues./liliMaintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated./liliIdentifying and working with Sales for opportunities such as new service contracts, contract renewals and sales system./liliWorking as a member of a larger team but independently managing territory to provide efficient service to all accounts within assigned area./liliThe ability to lift and carry a toolbox that can weigh up to 50 lbs./liliAdhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, HIPPA, OSHA and FDA./li/olh3What We Are Looking For In You/h3ulliExperience in the medical device industry preferred./liliExperience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process./liliExperience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment./liliExperience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns./liliProven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job./liliProficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and Teams./liliExcellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment./liliResourceful, with the ability to work independently and learn on the go./liliStrong time management skills./liliAbility to adapt to changing circumstances./liliDecision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills./liliAttention to detail./liliAbility to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
