Our client, a professional services organization in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join their administrative team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, contributing positively to the team's success.

What's the Job?

  • Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phones and emails
  • Order and organize office supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Distribute mail and manage mailroom activities
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
  • Provide coverage for the receptionist role twice per week, ensuring excellent customer service and support

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of a High School diploma; higher education or college coursework is preferred
  • At least 2 years of solid administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
