Overview
Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Office Assistant to work in the offices of our retail stores. This role supports sales associates, customers, and store management, processes payments and finance applications, answers delivery questions, assists with customer care, answers phones, and performs other office duties as assigned.
Base pay
$14.00/hr - $16.00/hr

What We're Looking For
Over one year of relevant experience preferred
Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation
Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED
A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
