Pay & Schedule • 1st Shift: $17.50/hr | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • 2nd Shift: $18.50/hr | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Overtime available • Temp-to-Hire opportunity through Kelly Services Why You’ll Love This Job • Very clean, well-organized manufacturing environment • Strong focus on safety and quality • On-the-job training with opportunities to build new skills • Work for a global manufacturing leader known for innovation • Supportive, team-oriented culture What You’ll Be Doing • Operate PVD coating furnaces to coat carbide and Cermet inserts • Load and unload fixtures and ensure proper product setup and cleanliness • Enter product weights and coating cycle data into the computer system • Monitor coating cycles and adjust as needed • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning fixtures and base plates • Replace gas tanks and perform batch cleanings at scheduled intervals ✅ This Job Is a Great Fit If You Have: • High School Diploma or GED (required) • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (required) • Basic math skills • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions • Basic computer skills (SAP MII experience is a plus) • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Company Description Why Kelly®?
