We’re seeking Production Associates for a leading provider of reprocessing and remanufacturing services for medical devices in Lakeland, FL . Why you should apply to be a Production Associate: No previous experience is required Climate-controlled and clean/sanitized work environment Great work schedules available: 5:00am-3:30pm at $17.50 per hour OR 4:00pm-2:30am at $18.50 per hour (Monday-Thursday) Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays will be required as needed Access to outstanding Kelly perks via -mykelly/perks/ What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be: Sorting, cleaning, testing, and/or packaging medical devices Completing repetitive tasks according to Standard Operating Procedure of medical device reprocessing for the specific product Recording and documenting daily work logs Maintaining a clean and organized work area This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have basic computer skills and a High School Diploma or GED Have the ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the entire shift Have good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts Have strong hand/eye coordination and are capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment Are willing to work in a clean-room type of environment where false fingernails/eyelashes, nail polish, jewelry, or piercings are NOT allowed Company Description Kelly helps companies recruit and manage skilled workers and helps job seekers find great work in industries such as accounting and finance, education, engineering, government, manufacturing and production, technology, and more.
