Video Production Assistant – Nucor Corporation. Location: Charlotte, NC, United States Salary: $44,000 - $48,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Join our growing corporate communications team in Charlotte, North Carolina, to create compelling media across multiple channels in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in video editing tasks, including assembling footage, adding graphics and sound mixing. Operate video cameras, lighting equipment and audio gear in studio and on‑location. Assist social media team to produce and edit video and photo content. Perform captioning, subtitling and formatting videos for various platforms. Work with senior producer to develop, write, and produce a variety of media. Coordinate the research and planning for on‑location shoots. Aid in script development and storyboarding process. Act as still photographer and/or assist photographer during photo shoots. Help manage equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field. 1‑3 years of professional content creation. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating content for manufacturing or steel products industry. Experience creating content for branded social media accounts. Direct experience in B2B marketing.
