Work model: • On-Site What you will do:

  • Maintain accurate BOMs, routings, work centers, and part master data to improve scheduling, costing, and overall planning accuracy
  • Manage document control and engineering change processes, ensuring timely release, alignment, and governance of drawings, revisions, and specifications
  • Collaborate with scheduling, purchasing, engineering, and operations to align material requirements, resolve data issues, and support production priorities
  • Monitor MRP outputs, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and drive corrective actions that improve system reliability and inventory accuracy
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies across data sources to strengthen system integrity and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
  • Provide user training and develop reports and dashboards that enhance visibility into data accuracy, system utilization, and key operational metrics
What you will need to be successful:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in manufacturing technology, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or master data management
  • Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and manufacturing data structures, with experience in platforms such as IFS, Epicor, or SAP preferred
  • Strong Excel capabilities and familiarity with basic data analysis tools
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge to maintain data accuracy, support planning activities, and collaborate effectively across departments
