Our client is a leading alternative investment manager expanding their recruiting team with the addition of a Recruiting Associate who will cover full life cycle efforts across the whole of the business, with a focus on investment hiring. This hire will join an excellent, collegial recruiting team and will sit as part of a larger HR team in the NYC office (4 days in office). The firm is seeking at least 3 years of experience inclusive of full life cycle recruitment, preferably with experience in a buy-side or other relevant financial services environment. Strong sourcing skills are welcome, but the role will focus heavily on process and stakeholder management, particularly as it relates to investment hiring. The role will be interfacing with high level investment stakeholders and requires strong executive presence and communication skills.
