Job Description

Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers.

Maintain and update recruiting databases and tracking systems.

Prepare and distribute offer letters and other related documentation.

Provide administrative support for recruitment events and initiatives.

Handle correspondence and communication with candidates in a professional manner.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Support in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics.

Manage job postings and ensure their accuracy and visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Recruiting Assistant should have:

• A background in human resources or a related field within the business services industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
