**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment at the site.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards during patrols within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents, emergencies, or security-related matters.
  • Support site operations by following all post orders and instructions specific to the manufacturing and industrial setting.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
