What You’ll Be Doing:
Performing walkthroughs with customers to identify items for removal
Clearly explaining our upfront pricing and service process
Safely removing and loading unwanted items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, etc.)
Providing a positive, professional, and respectful customer experience
Working closely with your team to complete each job efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
✅ Valid driver’s license (preferredElektrisch but not always究some required)
✅ Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day
✅ Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn
Perks of the Job:
Competitive hourly pay + tips + performance bonuses (21-28 plus Average including base hourly , profit share a tips. Weekly pay
Flexible scheduling - We offer 4-day work weeks, must be available to work at least ONE day over the weekend. Shifts start between 6:30 am - 7:00 am
