Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our entire catalog of adult and banging dancing shoes and kids licensed footwear on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central, specifically utilizing Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) strategies for high‑volume inventory. This role is crucial for driving sales, maximizing visibility, and ensuring the operational excellence of our licensed property merchandise.

Key Responsibilities: Listing Creation & Optimization (A to Z) Create and manage new product listings (including variations for size, color, and design) for seasonal launches of licensed adult and kids footwear. Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize product titles, bullet points, A+ content, and search terms for maximum organic visibility. Ensure strict adherence to studio licensing requirements regarding imagery, trademarks, and branding on ثلاث all Amazon listings and A+ content. Monitor and update listings to maintain accurate pricing, inventory levels, and compliance with Amazon’s policies and category requirements.

Inventory & Fulfillment (FBA Focus) Manage the end‑to‑end FBA process, including shipment creation, box content information, label generation, and reconciliation. Develop and execute inventory forecasting models to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at Amazon's fulfillment centers, minimizing out‑of‑stocks and long‑term storage fees. Monitor FBA performance metrics, identifying and resolving any stranded inventory, unfulfillable units, or inbound shipment issues.

Performance & Strategy Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as BSR, conversion rate, Seller Health Score, and profit margins. Develop and implement strategies for driving traffic and sales through Amazon’s advertising platform (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and/or DSP). Proactively monitor and manage competitive landscape, ensuring our products are winning the Buy Box and competitive pricing is maintained. Handle customer reviews, seller feedback, and complex issues (e.g., hazmat reviews, IP complaints) in coordination with relevant internal teams.

Experience: 3+ years of direct, hands‑on experience managing a high‑volume Amazon Seller Central account is mandatory.

FBA Expertise: Proven, in‑depth knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations, inventory management, and shipment logistics.

Platform Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads, inventory management, and reporting.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail required for managing licensed properties andмач ensuring brand compliance (trademarks, imagery, restricted terms).

Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and Excel/Google Sheets to analyze sales trends and campaign performance.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing e‑commerce sales for apparel, footwear, or licensed/fashion goods.

Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Canada, UK).

A working understanding of studio licensing agreements as they pertain to e‑commerce assets.
