Green Key Resources is excited to partner with three of San Antonio's top General Contractors to find an experienced Senior or Lead Superintendent. This is a unique hands-on leadership role overseeing high-profile, large-scale construction projects across diverse sectors.

About the Role: As the Lead Superintendent, you will manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires a strong background in both ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, or data center construction.
What You’ll Do: Supervise daily construction operations, subcontractors, and field personnel Enforce strict safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and owners to resolve issues and track progress Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and status reports Oversee site logistics, materials management, and resource allocation Conduct inspections, enforce quality control, and implement corrective actions as needed
What We’re Looking For: 8–12+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial, municipal, or institutional xsgimln projects Proven success managing ground-up and renovation projects in commercial, healthcare, K-12, higher education, or data center sectors Deep knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse project teams
