Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies aligned with production needs.
Source, evaluate, and select new suppliers while managing existing vendor relationships and performance.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and optimal value.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production to ensure timely material availability.
Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.
Ensure all purchased materials and components meet required quality standards and specifications.
Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and procurement software.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and inventory control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar advanced certification.
Proficiency with SAP Ariba, Oracle Cloud ERP, or other advanced e-procurement platforms.
Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies to supply chain optimization.
Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Multilingual abilities, particularly relevant for international supplier relations.
