Mid-Level Materials Management & Transportation Manager (Level L)
to join our dynamic team in
Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities
Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation
Developเลือกs and executes integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures and provides input பிரத on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process्रे improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship Herzen. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years’ work experience in relevant careerólnie fields such as Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics
3+ years of Management or leadership experience
Experience in Boeing material management organization or production control processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years’ experience as a front-line leader
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Prior experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) on Material Management and Accounting System requirements, with general CAS and FAR regulations
Typical Education/Experience Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+5 years' related work experience, Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Travel Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range: $130,050 - $160,650
