The Sourcing Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Procurement team through data‑driven insights, market research, and supplier performance analysis. This role will help identify cost savings, improve supplier partnerships, and ensure alignment with corporate sustainability and compliance goals.
Responsibilities
Spend and Data Analysis
Collect, clean, and analyze spend data to identify cost savings opportunities and sourcing efficiencies
Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools
Suppler Research and Benchmarking
Conduct market intelligence, track commodity price movements, and benchmark supplier costs
Support supplier due diligence, capability assessments, and sustainability initiatives
Sourcing Process Support
Assist in preparing Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ)
Analyze bids and sumamrize results for category managers
Support contract negotiations with financial and operational analysis
Track KPI’s (on‑time delivery, quality, cost, and sustainability metrics)
Drive supplier performance improvement and compliance with company standards
Cross‑functional Collaboration
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations and Legal teams to support category strategies
Provide data and insights to stakeholders for informed decision‑making
Minimum skills / qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
One (1) year of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred skills / qualifications
Familiarity with ERP/P2P systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
Proficiency in PowerBI and other data visualization tools.
