Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced
Sitework Foreman
to lead field crews on a variety of civil and site development projects in the Newington, NH area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a solid background in earthwork, utilities, grading, and site preparation. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sitework crews
Read and interpret site plans, grades, and project specifications
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity on active job sites
Communicate effectively with project managers and inspectors
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Sitework Foreman (or similar leadership role)
Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, excavation, and grading
Ability to operate site equipment as needed
Proven leadership and crew management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA 10/30 preferred
