As a Parts Advisor/Counter Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right automotive parts for their needs. This role requires a strong knowledge of automotive parts and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right automotive parts
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
Manage inventory and maintain stock of automotive parts
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Requirements
Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
