As a Business Support Coordinator,
you will be responsible for enhancing productivity of operational business areas by providing effective and flexible administrative support across LMO Melbourne QE (Qantas Engineering). In addition to providing support to the Business Support Lead position, the Business Support Coordinator will provide extensive administrative and business support, facilitating duty travel bookings/expenses, payment of invoices, tracking expenditures and budget, supporting employee engagement activities, maintaining databases and filing systems.
This position also provides the highest level of support, coordination and assistance to the relevant Executive Management Team. You will also establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring service strategies are embraced and operational efficiency is achieved in processes across Qantas Engineering.
You'll have –

Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well and operate on time delivering under the pressure of multiple deliverables within tight deadlines

Ability to work independently with a team-focused mindset
Ability to follow directions and adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements
Excellent computer literacy with high levels of experience with MS Office suite primarily PowerPoint, Word and Excel
A working knowledge of Sharepoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other computer applications
Experience with eQ, Power Bi and iProcurement would be advantageous
A flexible approach, able to reprioritise work according to requirements.
