Senior Project Management Lead, Marketing & Events (Temporary)

Responsibilities
Serve as the senior project lead for high-profile studio marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder alignment are met. Partner closely with Marketing Operations leadership to develop, refine, and implement systems that streamline planning across campaigns, events, and recurring workflows. Translate high-level strategic objectives into executable project plans, including timelines, workflows, run-of-show documents, and deliverable tracking. Oversee and align multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining prioritization, momentum, and clarity across teams. Identify executional risks, dependencies, and gaps early, and proactively propose solutions. Prepare executive-facing materials, lead meetings, document decisions, and support senior-level decision-making. Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, deliverable trackers, budgets, meeting notes, and version histories. Support logistical planning related to major events, including vendor coordination, travel schedules, shoot planning, and on-site execution as needed. Adapt scope, focus, and execution approach as partnership needs and project demands evolve throughout the year. Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in project management, studio marketing, film distribution, live events, or a related entertainment field Director-level experience, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-company projects with senior internal and external stakeholders Strong understanding of theatrical marketing cycles and major industry events Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with evolving requirements Experience working with major studios and/or strategic partners strongly preferred Benefits
