Staffing Scheduler Responsibilities:
* Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
* Coordinate shift changes, time-off requests, and replacements as needed
* Communicate scheduling updates with staff and department heads
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and staffing compliance
* Assist with recruitment efforts to fill open shifts
Staffing Scheduler Qualifications:
* Prior experience in staffing/scheduling within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
