What You Will Do
* Drive and exceed membership and service sales goals
* Convert leads and walk-ins into recurring clients through confident, conversational selling
* Maintain expert knowledge of treatment menus, membership benefits, enhancements, and promotions
* Provide professional, friendly, and efficient front desk service
* Build rapport and long-term relationships with members
* Manage appointment scheduling and daily spa flow
* Uphold cleanliness and operational standards
* Support management and team initiatives to reach monthly revenue targets
