RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greet members with that Franco's-level smile and energy
* Help with class check-ins, guest passes, tours, and product sales
* Answer questions and solve problems before they even become problems
* Keep the front-of-house and lounge areas clean, stocked, and welcoming
* Be part of the member experience team - you're not just front desk, you're front line
* Learn how the business works (we'll actually teach you the why behind the what)
WHO YOU ARE:
* A college student or recent grad with flexible availability (early AMs, evenings, or weekends)
* Friendly, responsible, and naturally curious
* Passionate about fitness, wellness, and making people feel seen
* Reliable under pressure - the kind of person others trust with the keys
* Interested in growing personally and professionally (yes, we promote from within)
