We're Hiring: Bilingual BDC Agent (English/Spanish)
Location: Miami, FL Full-Time Competitive Hourly Pay + Commissions

Join our dynamic Business Development Center (BDC) and play a vital role in connecting customers with the service and sales teams. As a BDC Agent, you'll be the voice of our dealership-answering inquiries, setting appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails
Schedule service and sales appointments
Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in English & Spanish (fluent)

Previous dealership or call center experience is a plus-but not required!
