Shift: Full-Time, All Shifts
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour plus shift differentials

Key Duties:
* Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main caregiver, providing support for all activities of daily living.
* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs.
* Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight, vitals, and input/output.
* Communicate any observations of changes in a resident's status to the nursing team.
* Assist nurses and other medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
* Ensure resident rooms and living areas are clean, comfortable, and safe.
* Support residents' emotional well-being by providing companionship and social interaction.
* Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
* Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
* Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident condition.
* Perform other job-related duties as required.
Qualifications:
* Valid CNA license in the state of Florida.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred.
* Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
