Supervisor, Powerhouse

Location: Onsite - Kohler, WI Opportunity The Supervisor - Powerhouse Operations ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of utility systems across the Kohler Campus. This role oversees day-to-day maintenance, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and leads unionized associates while driving continuous improvement. Success requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to minimize downtime and improve energy efficiency. Responsibilities
Supervise the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including steam, condensate, compressed air, chilled water, potable water, well water, deionized water, processed wastewater, natural gas, propane-air, oil, oxygen, propylene, and combustion systems. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Schedule and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Monitor system performance and assist in implementing efficiency improvements. Coordinate planned outages with operating units to minimize production impact. Support training and development of Powerhouse personnel on new systems and procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, outages, and utility consumption. Assist in developing and deploying procedures to reduce forced outages. Collaborate with other departments to address utility-related issues and support production needs. Provide input for maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Skills/Requirements
Qualifications Associate's degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related technical field required or the equivalent experience in lieu of; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in utility operations or maintenance within a large campus or industrial setting. Previous supervisory experience preferred. #LI-SW1 #LI-Onsite
