Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial, commercial and residential remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish). This role requires managing projects efficiently while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial office remodels/build-outs and multi-family residential remodeling project payouts and purchasing materials
- Inspect to ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Approving estimates of projects
- Manage subcontractor cost
- Document entire project financial reports to construction progressing reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors for progress throughout projects
- Utilize popular project management software to track progress and communicate with teams.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Actively pursue potential business opportunities and client relationships.
- Manage craft labor contacts HTB status, weekly man reports keeping relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial office and multi-family residential remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of Houston building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
