Your Responsibilities
* Perform repair and maintenance work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately
* Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
* Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to ensure proper operation and repair accuracy
* Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair needs, timelines, and any additional required work
* Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications and guidelines
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Your Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Past experience with Bus and ADA compliant vehicles is a plus
* Ford certification is a plus
* Previous experience in a dealership environment preferred
* Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair abilities
* Proficient in using electronic diagnostic equipment and repair software
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Team-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
