CareStaff Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical travel or local contract position with a Hospital in the Progressive Care/ Step Down Unit (PCU) in Cape Coral, FL .

* Setting: Hospital Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Step Down

* Start Date: 01/09/2026

* Shift: Night

* Pay: $42-44

* Contract Length: 13 Weeks

* Licensure/Certification Required: Florida Nursing License or Active Compact

* Experience Required/Preferred: Prior Hospital Based Experience Required. Minimum 1-year Progressive Care/Step Down Experience Required.
