Remote opportunity for a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent with myColorado . Please note, candidates must be residents of Colorado .

Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent

Location: Denver, Colorado 80203-0000 Remote (within Colorado)

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (3 weeks)

Permanent Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities:

* Provide Tier I support for the myColorado mobile app.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues for iOS and Android devices.

* Install myColorado software following standard procedures.

* Log incidents in the ticketing system.

Minimum Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in mobile application support

OR

* Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity , or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Jira , ITIL , Agile/Scrum methodologies, and government work .

* Familiarity with Apple/Google Play Store and mobile device diagnostics.
