This role offers the opportunity to build a dynamic, student-centered cheer program that inspires school spirit at games, competitions, and community events. You'll coach in a district known statewide for its commitment to student success, supportive families, and a collaborative athletic department that values innovation and heart. Indian Hill High School is a high-achieving Division II athletic program serving approximately 650 students in grades 9-12. The district emphasizes excellence, character, and student development. Candidates must possess all required Ohio Department of Education coaching credentials and successfully complete FBI/BCI background checks.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Previous head coaching or assistant coaching experience in cheerleading preferred
- Experience in choreography, stunting safety, and game-day leadership
- Ability to develop strong culture, spirit, and team cohesion
