Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $34.00 to $40.00 per hour.
Job responsibilities:
* Perform regular reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
* Create and manage spreadsheets to track expenses, tasks, and property-related items.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks and data entry in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
* Coordinate estate-related documentation and property management activities.
* Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and project tracking.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and manage detailed spreadsheets.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Prior experience in estate administration or property management.
* Comfortable working independently while supporting executive-level needs.
* Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
