Job Description
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects from start to finish.
* Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
* Collaborate with field teams and vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
* Support budget management and cost control processes.

The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience as an APM or Project Engineer in commercial or healthcare construction.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprint reading, and project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
