About the Role

We're seeking a High School Admissions Recruiter to build relationships with counselors, teachers, parents, and students-and to guide prospects from first contact through enrollment with integrity and enthusiasm.

What You'll Do

* Own your high-school territory: create and execute an outreach plan for partner schools; schedule classroom presentations, shop demos, counselor meetings, and parent info nights.

* Present with impact: deliver engaging presentations about potential careers, program outcomes, certifications, safety culture, tuition/financial-aid handoffs, and graduate employment pathways.

* Generate and manage leads: capture inquiries at events, career fairs, and campus visits; respond quickly; schedule tours/interviews; maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS.

* Guide applicants: conduct admissions interviews, assess program fit, explain requirements, and assist with applications, transcripts, testing, and orientations.

* Collaborate cross-functionally: coordinate campus tours and "Demo Days" with instructors; partner with Financial Aid and Career Services for a seamless student experience.

* Represent the brand: staff community events and industry nights; maintain a professional presence and uphold ethical admissions standards at all times.

* Hit goals the right way: meet monthly targets for inquiries, appointments, show rates, and enrollments while adhering to school policies and applicable regulations.

Key Metrics (KPIs)

* Weekly new inquiries generated from high-school sources

* Appointment set rate and show rate

* Interview-to-enrollment conversion

* Yield from events/career fairs and campus visits

* Territory coverage (school visits per week) and response-time SLAs

What You'll Bring

* 1-3+ years in admissions, outreach, recruiting, sales, or student services (career/tech ed preferred).

* Confident public speaker: able to present to classrooms, auditoriums, and parent groups.

* Strong relationship-builder with counselors and community partners.

* Organized and data-driven; comfortable with CRM/ATS tools and weekly activity reporting.

* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel frequently within territory.

* Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.

* Nice to have: familiarity with welding/CTE pathways, bilingual (Spanish/English), knowledge of workforce/union apprenticeships and AWS industry certifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred (Education, Marketing, Communications, or related) or equivalent experience.
