JOB DESCRIPTION :
Skills Desired:
* Hands-on experience with Globalscape EFT (Enhanced File Transfer) server, configuration, and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS
* Experience in setting up and managing file transfer workflows, triggers, and event rules
* Basic understanding of middleware technologies like JBOSS, or IBM MQ
* Experience in troubleshooting file transfer issues, user access, and permissions
* Familiarity with automation using PowerShell or scripting languages for file operations
* Exposure to compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA, GDPR) related to file transfer
* Experience with integration of Globalscape with enterprise applications
* Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline basics
* Knowledge of other MFT tools like IBM Sterling, Axway, or GoAnywhere
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain Globalscape EFT servers, ensuring secure and reliable file transfers
* Collaborate with middleware and application teams to support integrations via file exchange.
* Manage users, roles, permissions, certificates, and automation rules.
* Monitor system health, address incidents, and document configurations and procedures.
