Job Description
* Manage the electronic billing process for the legal department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
* Review and process invoices for submission through eBilling platforms.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing activities.
* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of eBilling systems and tools.
* Provide support and training to staff on eBilling processes and best practices.
* Generate reports and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with legal billing guidelines and regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful EBilling Coordinator should have:
* Experience in electronic billing within the legal department or business services industry.
* Strong understanding of eBilling platforms and legal billing processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
