Job Description
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to meet project goals and expectations.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
* Identify and address project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain progress.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
* Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
