CarterWill Search is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a nationally recognized AmLaw litigation practice in Los Angeles, California . This role offers the opportunity to work on complex civil litigation, white collar matters, and related investigations across clients in technology, pharmaceutical, biopharma, life sciences, and other industries .
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of litigation experience , including exposure to white collar and investigative matters . Responsibilities include managing cases, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and representing clients in various proceedings. Associates will also collaborate closely with senior attorneys and gain significant client-facing experience.
Qualifications
* 1-6 years of experience in civil litigation, white collar, or investigations
* JD from an ABA-accredited law school
* Top law firm experience or prestigious clerkship preferred
* Strong academic credentials, legal research, and writing skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
This position offers a salary range of $235,000-$390,000 , discretionary merit bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including wellness reimbursements, healthcare coverage, paid parental leave, career coaching, retirement plans, and additional insurance options.
