Front Desk Manager

Description

The Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum is currently looking for a dynamic Front Desk Manager.

* Will supervise front desk associates

* Will assist in training new associates

* Will ensure that exceptional customer service is provided

* Will answer questions and concerns from guests and associates

* Will check guests in and ensure correct billing

Requirements

* Should have prior hotel front desk leadership experience

* Must have exceptional customer service skills

* Should have excellent attention to detail

* Must be able to thrive in a busy work environment
