DRESS CODE: Scrubs, preferably Navy Blue
COMPUTER SOFTWARE: Health Management System (HMS), Microsoft Office
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have Medical Assistant Certification
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide direct patient care services of a medical nature in a clinical setting
* Knowledge of basic medical terminology
* Phlebotomy skills as well as administering IM and Subcutaneous injections
* Ability to administer and read accurate blood pressure testing
* Interviewing patients and obtain a complete medical history
* Ability to keep accurate records
* Distribute prescribed medications
* Effective communication skills
