What You'll Be Doing:
* Generate and close new membership sales through tours, outreach, and follow-up
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members
* Engage in community outreach, in-club events, and promotional efforts
* Support new member onboarding and guide them through their first 30-60 days
* Collaborate with your team to hit club and personal performance goals
* Represent Genesis with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Who We're Looking For:
* Confident, self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed
* Sales experience preferred, but a go-getter attitude is a must
* Strong communicator who's comfortable face-to-face, on the phone, and online
* Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others improve their lifestyle
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
