Job Title: Commercial Real Estate and Finance Attorney

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate and Finance Attorney to join our growing and vibrant practice group. Our team is widely recognized for its expertise in a variety of areas including real estate development, real estate leasing, land use, economic development, public-private partnerships, and the representation of both lenders and borrowers in a diverse range of commercial lending and finance transactions. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a variety of commercial real estate transactions including commercial leasing, purchasing and sale transactions, and large-scale property review due diligence projects.
* Represent and advise clients, including borrowers and lenders, in complex middle-market commercial lending transactions.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of transactional documents related to real estate and finance matters.
* Conduct comprehensive title examinations and survey analyses to identify potential issues or risks associated with real estate properties.
* Perform detailed due diligence, ensuring all legal, financial, and regulatory aspects are thoroughly vetted and compliant with applicable laws.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
* A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions.
* Strong academic credentials and a solid understanding of real estate law and finance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
